Capture Holiday Hours for Exception-Only Employees
Typically, exception-only employees create timesheets only when they request time off. As a result, holiday hours have, up to now, only been captured when they occur during pay periods when these employees request time off. To help you keep track of all holiday hours, iEmployee now enables you to create holiday timesheets for all exception-only employees who do not ordinarily enter timesheets.

Is sending information to your benefits carrier taking too much time and costing a bundle in labor? iEmployee has electronic templates for all major interfaces like Blue Cross and Aetna. Tips from the Cheetah – Simplify Training and Track ROI

Another Seamless Payroll Conversion
iEmployee recently helped a client with every step of their conversion from Ceridian Source 500 to Ultipro.
To help an iEmployee client convert their payroll to the new system, customer service first created a test company and dummy data to discover any possible issues with the new interface iEmployee developed for the client. When none were found, customer support members worked with the client to test some sample company timesheets with their new payroll vendor, Ultipro, and worked with Ultipro’s customer service to ensure correct coding. The company’s first payroll on the new system processed with 100% success.
